Four generations of the Wright family have spent more than 85 years building T&M Equipment Corporation into one of  Western Massachusetts' leading excavation companies.

 

Roy M. Wright founded Roy M. Wright Construction in 1925. Charles Wright continued the construction company, building many of the large municipal and commercial buildings in Springfield, Massachusetts.  His work ethic and dedication to excellence set the standard for future generations.  

 

In 1976, Timothy Wright began T&M Equipment that provided rental tools and machinery. Soon after, Tim Wright began working small construction jobs and then expanded the operations to include the same dedication and work ethic established by the Roy M. Wright Construction company.  As T&M continued to develop and grow, Martin Wright began working in the company.  They further expanded the company’s capabilities into excavation, site work, clearing, demolition, grading, and paving.  Today, T&M Equipment is a Women Business Enterprise, owned and operated by Amy L Chagnon & Martin Wright, who will continue the family tradition of excellence and superior quality work. T&M Equipment has consistently grown in expertise, capacity, equipment, projects and clients and will continue to dedicate their time and expertise to strive for excellence.
