At T&M Equipment Corporation, we know that our employees are our greatest asset and we are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sitework Supervisor. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and multitasking skills, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. You will need strong math, communication, planning, and budgeting skills. We will require you to know the trade and construction process inside and out, and require you to do most job site calculations, cost analysis and communicate regularly with both your team and your supervisors to ensure successful project completion.


  • Responsible for day to day execution of the work in accordance with project drawings and schedules

  • Be able to set grades for footings, utilities, berms, swales, and roadwork.

  • Organize and assign responsibility to crew members to adhere to the schedule set forth by the company.

  • Able to recognize, and respond proactively to, differing site conditions, unanticipated conditions, and other unforeseen challenges

  • Ability to layout with GPS, Top Con GPS experience preferred.

  • Communicate with project manager with regards to ordering materials, subcontractors and change orders

  • Keep track of on-site information by completing daily field reports, employee time sheets, incident reports, and any other required documentation as required.

  • Willingness to work additional hours, if necessary, to complete projects on-time and on-budget

  • Set a positive leadership and management example for all employees.

  • Conduct safety meetings and comply with company safety policies and with applicable state and federal regulations


  • 10+ years of commercial construction and project planning experience

  • Ability to read construction plans, translate grades, and perform field layout for small and large site work and road construction

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Expertise in budget and vendor management

  • Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner

  • Computer proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office Suite software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point), CAD, Carlson Survey, Bluebeam

  • Demonstrate flexibility and is adaptable to change.

  • General knowledge of office protocol, routines and procedures.

  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines.

  • OSHA 10/OSHA 30
