Amy L Chagnon
PRESIDENT
Graduate of Bentley College, in 1998, with an honors degree in Business Management. Amy earned her law degree from the Massachusetts School of Law in 2006. Amy has grown up in the family business and today, she is involved in all areas of the company. Amy also works as the corporate attorney.
Martin Wright
TREASURER & ENGINEER
Graduate of Merrimack College with a degree in Civil Engineering. Marty worked in construction part-time through high school and college and began working full-time after graduating from college in 1978. Marty has has experience in project engineering and supervision since 1978.
Taylor Wright
PROJECT EXECUTIVE
Graduated summa cum laude at Bay Path College, with an honors degree in Business Management. Taylor adds value to the company by meeting financial, operational, and schedule objectives throughout all phases of the project.
John Champigny
ESTIMATING & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
John has over 25 years of experience in the construction field and has a strong emphasis on project engineering and supervision. John also specializes in electronic estimation, layout and GPS technology.
Ryan Kumiega
ESTIMATING & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Ryan has over 15 years of experience in a variety of civil projects. Ryan focuses his strong skills in estimating and construction management of site work projects.
Chris Wright
V.P. OF FIELD OPERATIONS
Chris has over 35 years of experience in the construction field and is responsible for managing equipment and manpower needs necessary to complete projects.
Derek Downey
PURCHASING AGENT
Graduate of Springfield Technical College, Derek has over 16 years of experience in the construction field and focuses on purchasing and submittals.
Melissa Wesloski
OFFICE MANAGER
Graduate of Western New England College, with an honors degree in General Business. Since 1999, Melissa has been a valued asset by supporting company operations including maintaining office systems, administering payroll, and managing accounts.
Kristin Ryan
OFFICE ASSISTANT
Kristin has been in the customer service/accounting field for 20 years. Kristin assists in the day to day operations in the office including directing calls and accounts payable/receivable.
